About Dennis Offerman
Whether you're buying or selling residential property or land, Dennis is very familiar with all aspects of the California Central Coast lifestyle. As a Broker Associate and full time real estate professional Dennis' sales philosophy is quite simple. Work hard and exemplify integrity, honesty and dedication. A licensed Realtor for 15 years; he has the confidence and communication skills necessary to handle your most sensitive transactions.

Leveraging his knowledge and skills that he has developed over the years, Dennis navigates buyers and sellers smoothly through the sale process. What Dennis brings to the table is a familiarity with relevant communities, experienced marketing, negotiation and follow-up skills, which are essential to a successful transaction.

Dennis has earned the Coldwell Banker Previews International Property Specialist designation. Previews International is a comprehensive marketing effort designed specifically for marketing luxury residential properties to affluent buyers worldwide. To date, only 4.6 percent of the more than 117,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates have been awarded this designation. Dennis is what real estate should be:

the eyes ... that see what you are looking for
the ears ... that hear what is important to you
the voice ... that speaks on your behalf
the promise ... of innovative resources
the guide ... that will show you the way
